Deep tissue massage usually focuses on a specific problem, such as chronic muscle pain, injury rehabilitation, and the following conditions like Chronic pain, Limited mobility, Recovery from injuries (e.g., falls) Repetitive strain injury, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Postural problems, Muscle tension or spasm
It can help you achieve total relaxation, relieve stress, and also help you deal with pain and injuries.
Stress can cause all kinds of problems, including high blood pressure, headaches, and even depression. Massage therapy stimulates the release of endorphins in your body which act as natural painkillers and mood enhancers.

Hot Stone Massage
Therapeutic treatment that involves placing smooth, heated stones (usually basalt stones, which retain heat well) on specific areas of the body. The therapist may also use the stones as tools to massage and relax the muscles. The warmth of the stones helps to deeply relax the body, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being.
