Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What type of massage is best for me?
A: Usually the first visit is a full-body massage. This way, the therapist can assess your posture and identify any areas of muscle tension in the body. If you do have a specific area of concern, you can choose to focus on that area during your massage session. You may also want to discuss with your therapist your health history or any medications you may be taking that could affect how your muscles respond during a massage.

What do I need to get started?
We will bring all equipment and materials directly to you. All that we ask is that you have a space big enough to fit a twin sized bed, which is the size of the massage table. When booking, please inform us if you have any health conditions or concerns you would like us to address..
